1. Order Cancellation:
  • Customers may cancel their orders within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 6 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% processing fee.
  • To cancel an order, customers must contact AetrioStore customer service via email or phone, providing their order number and cancellation request.
  1. Custom Orders:
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If a customer wishes to cancel a custom order, they must do so within 6 hours of placing the order for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable materials or labor costs incurred.
  1. Bulk Orders:
  • For bulk orders, cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order confirmation. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee based on the size of the order and materials involved.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 24 hours after the cancellation request is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  1. Changes to Orders:
  • Customers wishing to make changes to their orders (e.g., quantity adjustments or product substitutions) must do so within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be accommodated.
